There is a built in 2 megapixel camera complete with a lens situated on the back of the casing. This feature supports many imaging orientated functions which allow the user to capture either a still photo or to record videos on their mobile phone at fifteen frames per second. It has an automatic focus function which means each photo captured will be clear & in focus. The video recording capabilities allows the user of the Samsung B3410W Ch@t to capture moving footage as well as still.

Samsung say that the B3410W does come with a useful amount of internal memory, either 1GB or 2GB depending on specification. It also takes microSD cards up to an additional 16GB. It has a Hybrid Touch, sliding QWERTY keyboard, 2.6-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 320×240 pixels (QVGA). It can shows 256K colors on its display.
