Google Nexus One

The Nexus One will run Android 2.1 and feature a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU from Qualcomm along with 512MB RAM/ROM, a 3.7-inch AMOLED (480×800) capacitive touchscreen, a 5 mega-pixel camera (with LED flash), along with MicroSD storage support upto 32GB.

Google's first own-brand Andriod based smartphone which has been made for them by HTC.

The screen is a reasonably large 3.7" AMOLED display for ultra-clarity and is obviously touchscreen, although a trackball is included which greatly aids navigation through the very extensive menu.
